Challenge Competition Number 2...

I have been trying for the last couple of days to put a post up on here for my next competition challenge.... with a photo sample that Elaine sent me... GRRRR .. I can't upload it off my phone, and my other computer's gone a bit dicky!

So.. here are the details, and I'll be back later hopefully with another picture sample..

The prize for this challenge is being supplied by Krafty Cards in Devon. The owner is a lovely lady called Elaine, whom I have had the pleasure to meet up with a few times. BRADS AND BUTTONS

This is what Elaine would like you to use on your card.. She will be choosing a winner at the end of the month. You can choose your own theme, there are no real rules other than using the brads and buttons within your card.

There will be one prize on offer to the winning card, and this will be posted out by Elaine.

The sun is shining in the sky....

...There's not a cloud in sight... Ahhh Mr Bluesky... what a song! Very summery, just like today!

So, as it was lovely weather, the puppies were outside playing 'who can tug the ball the hardest', so I thought I would spend a bit of time in my little craft haven and get creative!

This is what I came up with..

This was made using the new range of products from Docrafts.

I'm not too sure if I like this one.. I thinkthere's a little bit of something missing.. but hey!

This lovely stamp is a limited edition from Docrafts. I cut it up into inchies and mounted it onto the card. The idea for it came from the crafts by carolyn forum..

This card must be one of my favourites for today.. I stamped with tonal brown inks, coloured with h2O's and some gold glitter sparkles, finished off with white pearls. I have made this card for Kathy's blog candy entry.. I hope you like it Kathy! The stamps are tandastamps

Ooooh now this one I likey likey! it's a man wallet, made for my demo this weekend at the Range, Doncaster.. look inside....

It's good isn't it.. the idea came from the net somewhere, can't remember where.. Now, all I need are a few ten pound notes to go in it.. anyone?? someone??

Sorry for the delay this week with drawing the winner of the competition, but as you know, things here have been a bit hectic! Star went on to his new family yesterday, I was doing a private demonstration all day, so today is a bit of ME time..

Daring card makers challenge..

Here's my entry for the challenge on DCM this week...

So, for our Little Midweek Extra this time we have what we hope is a tempting template to help get those creative juices flowing.

And this is what I came up with.. I hope you think it fits the criteria... The papers are the new Papermania colossal pack (its lush I tell ya... lush!!!) The oval was cut with the new punches by Docrafts. The image is coloured with my prismas... I am luuuurrrrving these pencils!!!! Now I just need to get a spurt on and get the other ones finished!!

I thought I would just share a few of my creations from this last week.. These are for my Docrafts demo next week.. and also a little one for the daring card makers template challenge..

For all the Rescue Fosterers out there...

There I sat, alone and afraid,
You got a call and came right to my aid.
You bundled me up with blankets and love.
And, when I needed it most, you gave me a hug.

When you go down to the woods today...

... beware of a big suprise....

I got a bit of a suprise this morning I must say.. I took the dogs up to the woods for a walkies (or a good jog around in Holly and Scooby's case!) this morning and it looked lovely..

The leaves are coming out on the trees now and it is just so full of bluebells and flowers, it looks lovely and spring-like!

Wish upon a Star..

Well, I'll make a wish for little Star anyway.. he's my new little foster dog.. a beautiful Blue Roan Cocker called Star, who I introduced you to yesterday.

After a bath yesterday evening, he now looks wonderful, all nice and shiny and smells more of coconutty dog..hehe. We've been putting a little optrex in his eyes since yesterday and the inflammation and soreness does seem a little better.

He gets on okay with Holly and Scooby but does need to learn a few little doggy manners.. lol.. although he's alot better now he's a bit more settled.. The good news is that ***hopefully*** he has a forever home worked out already.. so fingers crossed for him. I'm sure they'll love him to bits..
