Another teddy ...

How are you?

I'm still awaiting for delivery of my laptop, no sign of it yet.. I hope they've not forgotten to mend it because I really neeeeeed it back! lol.

This week so far has been a bit busy - we've been having a good tidy round the garden, filling skips and generally pottering about, but I have had time to make a few cards here and there.. Some I can't show you for now, but others I can. So here goes with the first one, and I did this one to enter into the Simply Less is More challenge.

The idea this week was to Pick a Square.. and this was the choice of squares in question.

What a great idea for a Less is More card (and I am loving this style too!). Basically, you choose the square you want to work in, and make sure that all elements etc don't go out of this square.. fantastic!

So.. back to my teddy - and you may recognise him as Tatty Teddy. This is a new range of papercrafting products that Docrafts have bought out, and I love it!

What I did with my square was to emboss the card using a die, and then cut out the same shape and layer it. I stamped the teddy in the Docrafts ink, which is toned to match perfectly for Tatty Teddy, and then used my aqua painter to pull some of the ink to colour him.

I finished him off with a ribbon bow and a very simple sentiment.

I hope you like it.. another card tomorrow!
